Chính sách quyền riêng tư

AXYN (axyn.top) — sản phẩm thuộc bản quyền của TriNeuron Labs, do TriNeuron Labs vận hành — là nền tảng giúp doanh nghiệp và agency kết nối các nguồn dữ liệu quảng cáo/phân tích (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads…), xem trước và tự động đồng bộ số liệu sang Google Sheets, Looker Studio hoặc API. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, dùng để làm gì và bạn kiểm soát nó ra sao. English: see “Google user data (English)” and “Summary in English” on this page.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Tài khoản AXYN: họ tên, địa chỉ email, mật khẩu (được băm), tên workspace, vai trò thành viên, nhật ký hoạt động (audit log) và thông tin kỹ thuật cơ bản như địa chỉ IP, trình duyệt.

Kết nối với nền tảng bên thứ ba: khi bạn (hoặc agency của bạn thông qua Liên kết uỷ quyền) đăng nhập Google, Facebook hoặc TikTok để cấp quyền, AXYN nhận mã truy cập OAuth (access token/refresh token), danh tính cơ bản của tài khoản cấp quyền (ID, tên; email nếu nhà cung cấp trả về) và danh sách tài khoản quảng cáo/thuộc tính mà tài khoản đó được phép xem; với đích Google Sheets là tên, ID, link và thời gian sửa gần nhất của các bảng tính do AXYN tạo hoặc bạn đã chọn trong Google Picker.

Dữ liệu hiệu quả quảng cáo và phân tích: các chỉ số báo cáo (ngày, chiến dịch, hiển thị, lượt nhấp, chuyển đổi, chi tiêu…) mà bạn chọn trong truy vấn. AXYN chỉ lấy đúng các trường và khoảng ngày bạn (hoặc pipeline bạn cấu hình) yêu cầu; nếu agency chọn “Ẩn chi tiêu”, các trường chi phí không được lấy, lưu hay hiển thị.

2. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì

Chỉ để cung cấp đúng tính năng bạn yêu cầu: hiển thị xem trước, chạy pipeline đồng bộ sang đích bạn chọn (Google Sheets, Data Endpoint…), cung cấp API cho hệ thống của bạn, gửi thông báo về trạng thái pipeline và bảo mật tài khoản.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng dữ liệu quảng cáo của bạn để quảng cáo, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba ngoài hạ tầng máy chủ nêu ở mục 6 — trừ nơi bạn chủ động gửi dữ liệu tới (Google Sheet, Data Endpoint, API, hoặc workspace đã gửi Liên kết uỷ quyền cho bạn, xem mục 8), khi cần để bảo mật hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu — và không dùng dữ liệu người dùng Google để phát triển, cải thiện hay huấn luyện mô hình AI/ML.

3. Dữ liệu từ Google (Google API Services User Data Policy)

Việc AXYN sử dụng và chuyển thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Giới hạn sử dụng (Limited Use). Cụ thể: dữ liệu từ Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Sheets và Google Drive chỉ được dùng để cung cấp tính năng mà người dùng nhìn thấy trong AXYN; không được chuyển cho bên khác trừ khi cần thiết để cung cấp tính năng đó, khi cần để bảo mật (ví dụ điều tra lạm dụng), để tuân thủ pháp luật, hoặc trong trường hợp sáp nhập, mua lại hay bán tài sản sau khi có sự đồng ý rõ ràng trước của bạn; con người chỉ đọc dữ liệu này khi bạn đồng ý, khi cần để bảo mật, tuân thủ pháp luật hoặc sau khi đã ẩn danh/tổng hợp. AXYN không bán dữ liệu người dùng Google; không chuyển, bán hay dùng dữ liệu này để hiển thị quảng cáo (kể cả quảng cáo nhắm lại, cá nhân hoá hay theo sở thích), để đánh giá mức độ tín nhiệm hay cho vay; và không chuyển dữ liệu này cho nền tảng quảng cáo, công ty môi giới dữ liệu hay đơn vị bán lại thông tin.

Phạm vi quyền AXYN xin: analytics.readonly (đọc báo cáo GA4), adwords (đọc báo cáo Google Ads — AXYN chỉ gọi các thao tác đọc), drive.file (đích Google Sheets: AXYN chỉ truy cập được bảng tính do AXYN tạo hoặc do bạn chọn trong Google Picker), openid/email (định danh tài khoản cấp quyền). AXYN không xin quyền xem hay sửa mọi bảng tính hoặc toàn bộ Google Drive của bạn. Với quyền drive.file, AXYN đọc tên, ID, link và thời gian sửa gần nhất của các bảng tính do AXYN tạo hoặc bạn đã chọn trong Google Picker để hiển thị trong danh sách chọn bảng tính, cùng tên và email của tài khoản Google đã kết nối đích; AXYN không thấy được các file khác trong Drive của bạn.

Google Picker: để chọn bảng tính cho pipeline, AXYN mở Google Picker — cửa sổ chọn file của chính Google. Trong lúc bạn chọn, Google Picker hiển thị Drive của bạn trong cửa sổ của Google và chỉ cho bạn xem; Google Picker không gửi cho AXYN danh sách file trong Drive của bạn, chỉ gửi thông tin của bảng tính bạn chọn (như ID và tên). Nếu bạn dán link của một bảng tính có sẵn, AXYN mở Google Picker ngay tại file đó để bạn xác nhận chọn nó; với kết nối dùng drive.file, chỉ dán link thì AXYN chưa có quyền vào file. Chỉ người đã kết nối tài khoản Google đó mới mở được Google Picker của kết nối, nên các thành viên khác trong workspace không xem được Drive của bạn. Để mở Google Picker, AXYN gửi một mã truy cập ngắn hạn (không bao giờ gửi refresh token) tới trình duyệt của chính người đó.

Kết nối Google Sheets cũ: kết nối Google Sheets tạo trước khi AXYN chuyển sang drive.file vẫn giữ quyền cũ spreadsheets (xem và sửa các bảng tính của bạn) cho tới khi bạn kết nối lại. Kết nối lại chỉ cấp drive.file cho kết nối mới, nhưng Google vẫn giữ quyền spreadsheets bạn đã cấp cho AXYN trước đó; để Google xoá hẳn quyền này, hãy gỡ AXYN tại myaccount.google.com/permissions (việc này cũng ngắt các kết nối Google Analytics và Google Ads dùng tài khoản Google đó) rồi kết nối lại.

Google user data (English)

This section explains in English how AXYN (axyn.top), operated by TriNeuron Labs, accesses, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes data received from Google APIs. It brings together, for Google user data, the commitments of sections 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 above. Each Google connection asks only for the scopes of its own feature: a Google Analytics 4 source asks for analytics.readonly, a Google Ads source for adwords, a Google Sheets destination for drive.file only, and every Google connection also asks for openid and email. AXYN does not ask for access to all of your spreadsheets or to your whole Google Drive. AXYN does not use Google to sign you in to AXYN.

Data accessed.

  • Google Analytics 4 (analytics.readonly): the GA4 accounts and properties you can access (names and IDs), so you can choose one, and the report data you request for the properties you select: the dimensions and metrics you pick (for example date, channel, page, sessions, users, events, revenue) for the date range you pick. AXYN never changes Analytics settings.
  • Google Ads (adwords): the Google Ads accounts you can access (customer ID, name, currency, time zone, status, whether it is a manager account) and the client accounts under a manager account, so you can choose them, and the report data you request: performance metrics (for example impressions, clicks, cost and conversions per campaign or ad group and per day) and campaign settings (name, status, channel type, bidding strategy type, budget, start and end dates, serving status). AXYN only reads: it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or any other Google Ads data.
  • Google Sheets (drive.file): only spreadsheets that AXYN creates for you or that you pick in the Google Picker. The Google Picker is Google’s own file chooser: while you pick, it shows your Drive in Google’s own window, to you only, and AXYN receives only the details of the spreadsheet you pick (such as its ID and name), never the list of your files. If you paste the link of an existing spreadsheet, AXYN opens the Google Picker on that file so you can confirm it; for connections made with drive.file, the link alone does not give AXYN access to the file. Only the person who connected the Google account can open the Google Picker for that connection, so other members of your workspace cannot browse your Drive. In the spreadsheet chosen for a pipeline AXYN reads the title and the names and sizes of its tabs, creates the report tab if it does not exist, reads the column where the report starts, the header row and the report’s date column in that tab to find where earlier report rows end and which rows belong to the dates being refreshed, and then writes, deletes, clears (the whole report tab when its columns have changed) and formats report rows there. With this scope AXYN cannot open your other spreadsheets. Google Sheets destinations connected before AXYN moved to drive.file keep the earlier spreadsheets permission (see and edit your spreadsheets) until you reconnect them. Reconnecting gives the new connection drive.file only, but Google keeps the spreadsheets permission you granted AXYN earlier; to remove it from your Google account entirely, remove AXYN at myaccount.google.com/permissions (this also disconnects the Google Analytics and Google Ads connections that use that Google account) and then reconnect.
  • Google Drive (drive.file): the name, ID, link and last-modified time of the spreadsheets AXYN created or you picked in the Google Picker, to list them in AXYN’s spreadsheet list, and the name and email of the Google account that connected the destination. With this scope AXYN cannot see your other Drive files.
  • Google account identity (openid, email): your Google account ID and email address, plus your name and profile-picture link when Google returns them, to show which Google account each connection uses.

How we use it. Only to provide the features you see and request in AXYN: listing your accounts and properties, and the spreadsheets AXYN created or you picked, so you can choose them, opening the Google Picker when you choose a spreadsheet, showing report previews, and running the pipelines you set up to deliver report rows to the destination you choose. AXYN does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer, sell or use it to serve ads (including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising), to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes, or to create, train or improve any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model.

Sharing and transfer. Google user data goes only where you send it: into your own Google Sheet, to the private Data Endpoint of your pipeline (a CSV/JSON link protected by a secret token, for example for Looker Studio), or to your own systems through the AXYN API with an API key of your workspace. Members of your AXYN workspace can see it. If you grant access through an authorization link sent by another AXYN workspace, the data goes to that workspace, which is shown to you before you grant access. AXYN does not transfer Google user data to anyone else, except to the server infrastructure that runs AXYN, when necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent. It is never transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.

Human access. People at TriNeuron Labs do not read Google user data unless you give consent (for example when you ask for support), when it is needed for security (such as investigating abuse), to comply with the law, or after it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Protection. OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored; the database never holds them in plain text. To open the Google Picker, AXYN sends a short-lived access token (never the refresh token) only to the browser of the person who connected that Google account. All connections use HTTPS. The app, its Postgres database and its pipeline scheduler run on a virtual private server (VPS) rented and managed by TriNeuron Labs; the database is not exposed to the Internet. Nightly database backups are written to that server’s disk, in a directory only server administrators can access, and kept for about 14 days; tokens inside the backups stay encrypted. Only TriNeuron Labs’s server administrators can access the server and its database, and actions taken in AXYN (such as connecting or deleting sources and destinations, running pipelines and creating API keys) are recorded in the workspace audit log.

Retention and deletion. Report data fetched for previews and AXYN API queries is cached for up to 6 hours; expired cache entries are removed by a daily cleanup, so cached report data is stored for at most about 30 hours. Temporary sync data is deleted when a pipeline run ends. Rows delivered to your Google Sheet stay in your spreadsheet, under your control. Rows stored for a Data Endpoint are kept until you delete that pipeline or its source connection. If you start granting Google access through an authorization link but do not finish, AXYN deletes that unfinished connection, with its tokens and account list, within about a day. When you delete a Google Analytics or Google Ads connection, AXYN deletes its tokens, its discovered accounts and properties, and its pipelines with their Data Endpoint data; when you delete a Google Sheets destination, AXYN deletes its tokens and the pipelines that write to it. Deleting your workspace deletes all of its data from AXYN’s database. Backups expire after about 14 days.

Two technical records hold no report data but are kept longer. The workspace audit log records Google connections and authorizations (the Google account ID, the connection name, which by default is your Google name or email, the IDs and titles of spreadsheets AXYN creates, and, for authorization links, your email and IP address) until the workspace is deleted. The pipeline scheduler’s run history on the same server holds account, property and spreadsheet names and IDs. You can ask us to delete these records at any time.

To also revoke AXYN’s access on Google’s side, remove AXYN at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can ask us to delete your data by email at trineuronlabs@gmail.com; we verify the request and complete it within 7 working days (see the Data deletion page).

Limited Use. AXYN’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Dữ liệu từ Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads và Trang Facebook)

Meta Ads: AXYN chỉ xin quyền ads_read (chỉ đọc) và dùng nó để đọc: danh sách tài khoản quảng cáo bạn cho phép (tên, ID, tiền tệ, múi giờ, trạng thái) để bạn chọn tài khoản cần báo cáo; số liệu hiệu quả quảng cáo (Ads Insights) của các tài khoản bạn chọn, như lượt hiển thị, người tiếp cận, lượt nhấp, chi tiêu, chuyển đổi… theo chiến dịch, nhóm quảng cáo hoặc quảng cáo và theo ngày; và cài đặt chiến dịch (trạng thái, mục tiêu, ngân sách hằng ngày/trọn đời, ngày bắt đầu và kết thúc).

Trang Facebook (Facebook Pages): AXYN xin ba quyền: pages_show_list (biết bạn quản lý những Trang nào để bạn chọn: ID, tên, danh mục và vai trò của bạn trên Trang), pages_read_engagement (lấy mã truy cập tạm thời của Trang và đọc các bài viết do chính Trang đăng), read_insights (đọc số liệu Trang theo ngày và số liệu từng bài viết: lượt xem, người xem, tương tác, lượt theo dõi…). Với bài viết của Trang, AXYN lưu và xuất sang đích bạn chọn: 200 ký tự đầu của nội dung bài, loại bài, thời gian đăng, đường dẫn bài viết cùng số liệu của bài. Mã truy cập của Trang chỉ được lấy tạm thời trong lúc đọc số liệu và không được lưu lại. AXYN không đọc bình luận hay tin nhắn, không đọc hay lưu thông tin cá nhân của người bình luận.

AXYN không đăng bài, không trả lời bình luận hay tin nhắn, không chỉnh sửa Trang, quảng cáo, chiến dịch, ngân sách hay thanh toán. Với Dữ liệu nền tảng của Meta, AXYN là nhà cung cấp công nghệ (Tech Provider): AXYN xử lý dữ liệu này thay mặt các doanh nghiệp đã kết nối tài khoản của họ, chỉ theo chỉ dẫn của doanh nghiệp đó và chỉ để cung cấp dịch vụ báo cáo. Việc xử lý Dữ liệu nền tảng của Meta tuân thủ Điều khoản nền tảng Meta (Meta Platform Terms) và Chính sách dành cho nhà phát triển.

5. Dữ liệu từ TikTok (TikTok Ads và tài khoản TikTok)

TikTok Ads: khi bạn uỷ quyền qua TikTok For Business, AXYN chỉ dùng quyền đọc thông tin tài khoản quảng cáo (tên, tiền tệ, múi giờ, trạng thái) và quyền đọc báo cáo — để lấy số liệu hiệu quả quảng cáo và cấu hình chiến dịch (trạng thái, mục tiêu, ngân sách) của những tài khoản quảng cáo bạn cho phép.

Tài khoản TikTok (TikTok Organic): AXYN xin user.info.basic, user.info.username (tên hiển thị và tên người dùng, để bạn biết tài khoản nào đang được kết nối), user.insights (số liệu tài khoản theo ngày, gồm tổng người theo dõi tại từng ngày) và video.list, video.insights (danh sách video của bạn cùng lượt xem, thích, bình luận, chia sẻ, thời gian xem). AXYN không đọc thông tin cá nhân của người xem hay người bình luận.

AXYN không đăng hay xoá video, không bình luận, không gửi tin nhắn, không tạo hay sửa quảng cáo, ngân sách hay thanh toán. Việc sử dụng dữ liệu TikTok tuân thủ Điều khoản dành cho nhà phát triển của TikTok For Business.

6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Mã truy cập OAuth được mã hoá AES-256-GCM trước khi lưu; cơ sở dữ liệu không bao giờ chứa token ở dạng thuần. Mọi kết nối đều qua HTTPS. Ứng dụng, cơ sở dữ liệu Postgres và bộ lập lịch pipeline (Inngest) chạy trên máy chủ ảo riêng (VPS) do TriNeuron Labs thuê và quản lý; cơ sở dữ liệu không mở ra Internet. Cơ sở dữ liệu được sao lưu hằng đêm vào ổ đĩa của chính máy chủ đó, trong thư mục chỉ quản trị viên máy chủ truy cập được; bản sao lưu được giữ khoảng 14 ngày rồi tự động xoá, và token bên trong bản sao lưu vẫn ở dạng đã mã hoá AES-256-GCM. Chỉ quản trị viên máy chủ của TriNeuron Labs truy cập được máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu; các thao tác trong AXYN (như kết nối hay xoá nguồn và đích, chạy pipeline, tạo API key) được ghi vào nhật ký kiểm toán của workspace.

Thời gian lưu: dữ liệu báo cáo trong bộ nhớ đệm truy vấn (xem trước và API) được dùng tối đa 6 giờ và bị xoá bởi tác vụ dọn dẹp hằng ngày, nên được lưu tối đa khoảng 30 giờ; dữ liệu tạm khi đồng bộ được xoá sau khi pipeline kết thúc; dữ liệu đã đồng bộ vào Data Endpoint được giữ cho đến khi bạn xoá pipeline hoặc xoá kết nối nguồn của pipeline đó; token bị xoá khi bạn xoá kết nối hoặc workspace; nhật ký kiểm toán của workspace (ghi lại kết nối, danh tính tài khoản cấp quyền và tên, ID bảng tính do AXYN tạo, không chứa số liệu báo cáo) được giữ đến khi bạn xoá workspace; lịch sử chạy của bộ lập lịch pipeline trên cùng máy chủ chứa tên và ID tài khoản, thuộc tính, bảng tính. Bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi xoá các bản ghi này bất cứ lúc nào.

Nếu bạn gỡ AXYN trên Facebook, Meta báo cho AXYN: các kết nối Meta Ads/Facebook Pages dùng tài khoản Facebook đó chuyển sang “Bị thu hồi”, AXYN ngừng đọc dữ liệu, còn dữ liệu đã lưu được giữ tới khi bạn xoá kết nối. Nếu bạn gửi thêm yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu từ Facebook, AXYN tự động xoá mọi kết nối Meta Ads và Facebook Pages được uỷ quyền bằng tài khoản Facebook đó, ở mọi workspace, cùng token, danh sách tài khoản, pipeline và dữ liệu Data Endpoint của chúng (xem trang Xoá dữ liệu người dùng).

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xem, sửa, xuất hoặc xoá dữ liệu của mình bất cứ lúc nào trong AXYN: xoá kết nối (xoá token khỏi AXYN; với TikTok và Meta, AXYN cũng thu hồi quyền đã cấp cho kết nối đó tại nhà cung cấp, ví dụ ads_read với Meta Ads — AXYN cố gắng thực hiện, và bỏ qua khi không xác định được tài khoản TikTok/Facebook đã cấp quyền hoặc khi tài khoản đó có thể vẫn được dùng ở một kết nối cùng loại khác), xoá pipeline/endpoint, xoá workspace. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền trực tiếp tại Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions), Facebook (Cài đặt → Tích hợp doanh nghiệp hoặc Ứng dụng và trang web) hoặc TikTok (ứng dụng TikTok → Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư → Bảo mật → Quản lý quyền ứng dụng; với TikTok Ads: ads.tiktok.com/ac/page/authorizations → Remove). 8. Liên kết uỷ quyền dành cho agency

Khi một agency cấp quyền qua Liên kết uỷ quyền, AXYN chỉ tạo kết nối chỉ-đọc tới những tài khoản mà người cấp quyền tự chọn, hiển thị rõ workspace nhận dữ liệu và cho phép ẩn các trường chi phí. Người cấp quyền có thể thu hồi bất cứ lúc nào tại nhà cung cấp; chủ workspace không thể tự mở rộng phạm vi đã được cấp.

9. Thay đổi và liên hệ

Khi chính sách thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email. Mọi câu hỏi về quyền riêng tư: trineuronlabs@gmail.com.

A short summary of the Vietnamese policy above. AXYN (axyn.top), owned and operated by TriNeuron Labs, lets businesses and agencies connect their advertising and analytics accounts, preview reports and export them automatically to Google Sheets, Looker Studio or an API.

Data from Google. See Google user data (English) above for what AXYN accesses through Google APIs and how that data is used, shared, protected, retained and deleted.

Data from Meta.

  • Meta Ads uses only ads_read (read-only): the list of ad accounts you allow (name, ID, currency, time zone, status), Ads Insights of the accounts you select (impressions, reach, clicks, spend, conversions… per campaign, ad set or ad and per day) and campaign settings (status, objective, daily/lifetime budget, start and end dates).
  • Facebook Pages uses three permissions: pages_show_list (which Pages you manage, so you can choose: ID, name, category and your tasks on the Page), pages_read_engagement (a temporary Page token and the posts published by the Page itself) and read_insights (daily Page insights and per-post insights: views, viewers, engagement, follows…). For the Page’s own posts, AXYN stores and exports to your chosen destination the first 200 characters of the text, the post type, time and link, with the post’s insights. Page tokens are fetched only while reading data and are never stored. AXYN does not read comments or messages and does not read or store commenters’ personal data.
  • Identity: the basic identity of the account that grants access (ID, name; email if the provider returns it).

AXYN never posts, replies to comments or messages, or edits Pages, ads, campaigns, budgets or billing.

Purpose. Only to provide the features you request: previews, pipelines that export the data to the destinations you choose (your own Google Sheet, a private Data Endpoint, the AXYN API), pipeline status notifications and account security. We do not sell data, do not use your advertising data for advertising, and do not share it with third parties beyond the server infrastructure described below, except where you send it yourself (your Google Sheet, a Data Endpoint, the API, or the workspace that sent you an authorization link), when needed for security or when required by law. We do not use Google user data to create, train or improve AI or machine-learning models.

Tech Provider. For Meta Platform Data, AXYN acts as a Tech Provider: it processes Platform Data on behalf of the businesses that connect their accounts, only on their instructions, and only to provide the reporting service. This processing follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Storage and security. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored; the database never holds plain-text tokens. All connections use HTTPS. Retention. Cached query results (previews and API): used for up to 6 hours and removed by a daily cleanup, so kept for at most about 30 hours. Temporary sync data: deleted when the pipeline run ends. Data Endpoint data: kept until you delete the pipeline or its source connection. Tokens: deleted when you delete the connection or the workspace. Audit log (names and IDs, no report data): kept until the workspace is deleted. Pipeline scheduler run history (account, property and spreadsheet names and IDs): deleted on request.

Deletion.

  • In AXYN: delete a connection (its token is deleted from AXYN; for TikTok and Meta, AXYN also revokes the permissions granted to that connection at the provider, e.g. ads_read for Meta Ads, on a best-effort basis, skipped when AXYN could not identify the granting TikTok/Facebook account or when that account may still be used by another connection of the same type), delete pipelines or endpoints, or delete the workspace.
  • On Facebook: Settings → Business integrations or Apps and websites → AXYN → Remove. Meta notifies AXYN: the Meta Ads / Facebook Pages connections that use that Facebook account become “Bị thu hồi” (revoked), AXYN stops reading data, and stored data is kept until you delete the connection. If you also send a data deletion request from Facebook, AXYN automatically deletes every Meta Ads and Facebook Pages connection authorized with that Facebook account, in every workspace, with its token, accounts, pipelines and Data Endpoint data.
  • Elsewhere: you can also revoke access at Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or TikTok. Step-by-step instructions, including requests by email, are on the Data deletion page.
